Delivery & Pick Up Details (Terms & Conditions Below)
Herb Conscious provides a FREE Order Pick Up option in Tulsa, Ok to help local customers avoid shipping costs. For Pick Up option, please click the orange 'LOCAL' button to begin your order. We will notify you to confirm your order and verify meet up location. Free Order Pick Up is only for select locations in town and can be confirmed with our team member. This is a great way to pick up your order without any additional cost to you.
All Deliveries, excluding pick up orders, include a minimal fee to cover operational and fuel costs of delivery. This fee is typically between $5-15, depending on location. Typical deliveries are $5 within a reasonable distance in town. Herb Conscious reserves the right to deny delivery based on distance or for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, safety concern, or any other viable reason. Many times, it is easiest to ship if the delivery location is beyond our reach. As a small business, we promise to do the very best that we can to make your order experience a good one, within our limitations.
A member of our team will contact you to confirm your order. At this time, we will also confirm delivery and/or pick up options. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we will meet you and/or deliver your order to the specified location at agreed time. Please consider traffic, weather, and other restrictions. For this reason, we will provide a small delivery window when we confirm your order.
