Delivery & Pick Up Details: Terms & Conditions
Herb Conscious provides a FREE Order Pick Up option in Tulsa, Ok to help local customers avoid shipping costs until we open our store in town. For Pick Up option, please click the LOCAL button on the bottom right to begin your order. We will notify you to confirm your order and verify meet up location. Free Order Pick Up is only for the location selected by Herb Conscious and you can pick up your order without any cost to you.
All Deliveries (not Pick Up) include a minimal fee to cover operational and fuel costs of delivery. This fee is typically between $5-15, depending on location. Typical deliveries are $5 within a reasonable distance in town. Herb Conscious does reserve the right to deny delivery based on distance or for any other reason. Many times, it is easiest to ship if the delivery location is beyond our reach. As a small business, we promise to do the very best that we can to make your order experience a good one, within our limitations.
A member of our team will contact you to confirm your order. At this time, we will also confirm delivery cost, should you choose this option. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we will meet you at the time and place specified. Please consider traffic, weather, and other restrictions. For this reason, we will provide a delivery window when we confirm your order.
